I did get caught up in the hype and my planner plans worked against me. My stickers and desire to have all the goodies made me forget that I actually needed a full functioning planner. Now I use a clean open monthly view calendar along with a list journal. And both of those allow me to plan as well as use my crewative side
Way to go, woman!!! I may have switched with you…Carri, I have so many washi tapes, it’s not even funny! LOL
I am currently working out of a horizontal A5 -3 ring planner from CTMH on a daily basis, but I do keep a Webster’s Pages personal size planner in my purse for on the go and a Classic Happy Planner as my health journal…each has it’s pros and cons and I love them all! 🙂
I wasn’t to sure what the hype of a planner was at first either. In college, I always had a planner but then when I started working went with an electronic planner. Now that I’m a stay at home mom didn’t really think that I needed a planner but bought Happy Planner. I’m loving it and now realize that although I don’t fill every space I make time to fill it out at the beginning of the month to get a better look at my to do list and activities planned. Next year I think I’ll buy a smaller one that I can carry in my bunkie bag so that it’s always with me and not just on my desk.
I am loving using the Bunkie Bag for my planner! I am even using one of those photo cases from Iris to keep my pens in so I have it all together when I go play. I just bought a Traveler’s Notebook that I cannot wait to come in. I may be a little obsessed! LOL
So I might be just as addicted to notebooks and pens as I am to crafting supplies. Thanks for helping me figure out a way to put them to use.
LOL You are most welcome! If it makes you feel better, so am I! LOL
I have a bullet journal, nothing fancy, just a cheap notebook with grid, but I must admit: dotted paper is the best (I had it in my previous notebook).I´m not so much into decorating, I will throw some stickers or doodling now and there, I think I´m rather addicted to making lists:-)
I love making lists too! There is no better feeling than marking those suckers as DONE!
